Texsport website states: The Texsport Propane Lantern with Carry Case has the next characteristics Heat resistant Globe, Baked Enamel Hood, Metal Socket Injector, Pressure Regulator Brass Valve, Handle, Uses 16.4 oz or 14.1 oz Disposable Propane Fuel Cylinder (Not Included), Burns 6 Hours at maximum setting. It includes a carry case constructed of Molded High Density Polythylene.
The The Texsport Propane Lantern with Carry Case has a fare price point, nevertheless after using it, from the packaging installation and ignition I have to say the claim that the glass globe is resistant to heat is true (I didn’t have any problem with that) it does not have metal grid protection around which makes it sensible and you have something else to be worry about. Another very important issue I noticed is the stability while standing it isn’t as firm as in the Coleman Northstar PerfectFlow Instastart Propane Lantern or the Coleman Deluxe PerfectFlow Lantern for a more reasonable price comparison.
The carry case included in this camping lantern is just ok it serves to what it was designed for, nevertheless the Texsport could have made it thicker at leas to look more robust. 😉
